Bad economy = West Nile Virus outbreak?

According to the Contra Costa Mosquito & Vector Control District, high mortgages are causing more drama than we think. It appears that some people who have had to leave their homes as a result of costly mortgages and have pools, are the leading contributor to a looming West Nile outbreak! Yes. That is what I said. These people leave their homes without draining the water from their pools and create a mosquito breeding ground. This is such a problem that authorities are flying over neighborhoods and looking for green pools to dump mosquitofish into! I swear. These fish love some mosquitoes and are eating all the babies and decreasing our chances of an outbreak.
